The brief was deceptively simple: make 150 of the world's most senior leaders feel the urgency of a strategy and the conviction to carry it forward. Every asset, from the escalator gobo to the closing video, carried the same story. That's what brand presence means at this level.

150 Global Leaders · 3 Days, 3 Locations, 1 Brand · New Creative Direction · 20+ Deliverable Categories · 50+ New Assets · Directed Remotely
The Unique Challenge
• Highest-stakes internal audience across the global organization. 150 of JLL's top global executives required a creative program sophisticated enough to hold the room and earn its respect.
• Three distinct objectives, one room. Leaders needed to know JLL's newly launched Accelerate 2030 strategy, feel inspired and accountable to it, and leave with clear next steps to champion it in their markets — a creative program that had to work on all three levels at once.
• Three venues, one story. The Conrad Hotel, 101 Constitution, and the National Portrait Gallery each carried distinct architectural character, demanding a brand system flexible enough to hold coherence across all three.
• Directed entirely remotely, with no on-site presence. Pre-production and vendor communication had to be exact, since there was no room to catch or fix issues in person.
The Strategic Solution
• Introduced new creative direction to extend JLL's "See A Brighter Way" identity to an experiential scale, using the Solar graphic to activate physical space alongside commanding photography and a refined palette calibrated for an executive audience.
• Built a three-day narrative arc around Accelerate 2030 / Accelerate Together, with each day building toward closing night: ambition sets direction, advantage determines who leads, authenticity earns trust.
• Directed a complete video program. Three daily opening films, three stat loops, and a closing video carried the arc and became the connective tissue of the run of show.
• Designed environmental branding across all three venues, including column wraps, escalator gobos, elevator clings, a 240-year timeline structure, and wayfinding, unifying radically different spaces.
• Directed entirely remotely, ensuring precise execution across three distinct venues within a compressed production timeline through rigorous pre-production and precise vendor communication.
Measurable Impact
• Delivered 50+ new assets across 20+ categories, including 4 new sizzle videos produced in roughly two weeks, without compromising quality or strategic coherence.
• Recognized as the defining through-line of the event — the Global Head of Communications and Field Marketing called it "the whole scenery of linking" that carried the storytelling.
• Set a new internal benchmark for video production quality, with the Chief of Staff to JLL's Global CEO noting it "set a new standard for what was to follow."
• Earned recognition from CEO Communications for "exceptional quality and brand presence" at the highest level of the organization.
